Don’t Run To Fast

 

  • As a 2 person team complete as many rounds/reps as possible in 20 minutes:

 

    • Partner 1= Run 400m
    • Partner 2= AMRAP:
      • 5 Burpee Bar Hop Overs
      • 10 Push Press (95/65#)

*switch when the partner who is running comes in.
*if you are in the middle of a round, the partner who ran can pick up where that round was left off.  You DO NOT have to restart another round!
