For Time:

  • 200 Double Unders
  • 50 Strict Presses in a Split Stance (95/65#)
    • Every time you break a set or need to drop bar, you will have a penalty of 30 double unders before you continue strict presses
    • Split Stance = split jerk landing position (slight bend in back knee, heel off the ground)
