  • 1 Front Squat
  • 1 Push Press
  • 1 Back Squat
  • 1 Back Rack Push Press
  • NO DROPPING BARBELL BETWEEN MOVEMENTS

“Blending” the movements is acceptable.

  • Example: 1 Squat Clean into Thruster + 1 Back Rack Thruster=1 Round
