    1. add chains for accommodating resistance

    2. rest 30-60 seconds between sets

    3. Intent: Create as much force/speed as possible off the box w/good form

    4. Box Height: 1” below parallel

  2. Dynamic Sumo Deadlift - 10x3 @ 55%

    1. use a red, blue, or green band for accommodating resistance

    2. rest 30-60 seconds between sets

    3. Intent: Create as much force/speed as possible off the ground w/good form
