For those of you that have been interested in purchasing some of our old gear, we'll be opening that up starting today.  We'll be selling our old plyo-boxes for $20 each.  Any of these would be a great addition to your personal garage gym.

Games Competitors...

For those of you competing in the Games this weekend, keep in mind that the programming for Ethos will remain strong and hard for the non-competing athletes.  Remember - you won't be gaining any fitness this week, but you are able to lose some.  For that reason, go at any WODs at 75% and nothing more.  The intent is to keep your "wind" up and your muscles awake.

**Note in the video that Brendan is driving through his heels on the bench press.  Don't go up on your toes!
