For those of you competing in the Games this weekend, keep in mind that the programming for Ethos will remain strong and hard for the non-competing athletes. Remember - you won't be gaining any fitness this week, but you are able to lose some. For that reason, go at any WODs at 75% and nothing more. The intent is to keep your "wind" up and your muscles awake.
