39:56... That was a double weakness WOD. Good times though.

I had to kip a few HSPU ... first time trying that and I can say I'm not a fan. Gave me a headache, better off resting and doing them normal. L Pull Ups were better than last time ... the but the last few rounds were brutal. This is one of those WODs where I have to stop and think about how I would laugh if someone told me I could do this a year ago.

I think Nick should start freestyling between stages of a WOD. That would be great... (unless he sucks at it.)
