Ha ha, photo evidence of a really bad idea.
Hoping to give this workout a shot at 6pm. Went to bed a 3am, decided that might be a little optimistic to try it at 6am :)

Shaved 2:33 off the last time, but last time Luke and Nick probably did half of my reps towards the end with the spots, so this was a little more satisfying.

didn't have a c2 (Gold's Gym Peoria, IL) so subbed 25x 45# SDHP for the rowing. I sense this was easier than rowing and the transition between exercises was definitely faster. My heart rate didn't get very high but my forearms were on fire towards the end.
