Kinda Sorta Like A Familiar Hero
July 14, 2010

One of our more familiar hero WODs is Badger. Badger  (3 rounds for time of: 30 95 pound squat cleans, 30 pull ups, Run 800m) is a tough workout as is but we've done it. So we decided to put a little twist on it. Snatches instead of cleans and a shorter run to keep that intensity up. This workout might look slightly different but the result will be similar, flat back bacon sizzle post WOD!
Lets get some, 3, 2, 1, GO!!!!!

Reminder

We will be hosting a Blood Drive July 21st at Ethos. We need all of you to step up to the plate and help out a great cause. We will be closing the gym down for the entire day to allow for everyone to have the opportunity to donate.

I really want to do this workout, but my body says otherwise.

Recovery day today.

Have fun without me.

It's been a while since wanting to quit mid-wod...wait, check that.  Last time I wanted to quit was doing "Murph" with Brian.  But I digress.

Iit was great suffering with an awesome dawn patrol class.  I was really motivated to keep up with everyone who smoked me that first round.  Everytime I wanted to stop and take a break, I'd hear someone's bar crashing to the ground reminding me that someone was putting out...that someone else was pushing themselves just as hard as I was.  And that was all the motivation I needed to keep going.

Great effort everyone.
