We need your blood. Keep it off the barbell on July 21st and donate it to the Red Cross instead! ALL welcome, you're critical.
Family, friends, and colleagues welcome!
Every minute of every day, someone needs blood. That blood can only come from a volunteer donor, a person like you who makes the choice to donate. There i...s no substitute for your donation.
When you make a blood donation, you join a very select group. Currently only 3 out of every 100 people in America donate blood. There's no such thing as too much donated blood!

3 Muscle ups
30 Walking Lunges
60 Double Unders
Post number of completed rounds to comments.

Guess who is a universal doner? Yours truly with O negative. I'm in.
I'll also be in for this party of a wod.
P.S. Whoever invented that ski machine can take that thing and shove it up their $#%^@# ..... Or those machines can be useful at the next or maybe first CFE bonfire : )
Just a thought.

throw in some HSPUs and this would be my least favorite WoD ever.

If you guys have better things to do besides check the Crossfit main site 271 times a day (like me), than you may be interested in these tidbits:
- Single day tix available for the CF Games next weekend ($30/day + Ticketwanker fees)
- Inaugural CrossFit / USA Weightlifting Open Comes to Colorado Springs, Oct. 1-3
Note: Congrats to the who 4 men and 4 women who made the CF Ethos Cross Country Ski Team!

WOMEN: Kristen, Vanessa A, Amy, Haley
Practices will be conducted at 9-11pm, Friday and Saturday nights for the next four years.

For the record, I officially hate Muscle ups.

So after watching this:

All I want to do is go back and do another WOD. I think its time to admit that I may have a "problem".

9 Rnds + 20 DUs (Jumping MUs)
AMRAP 30min was an ass kicker. Broke up the Double Unders in 30s for most of the way ... then 30/15/15. Jumping MUs definitely helped give me a feel for the "real thing". Hopefully soon, I'll be on the Rx wagon for these WODs.

10 rounds rx'd
