
Each 800m run should be an all out sprint. The goal of this workout is to maintain your splits as much as possible. Max effort is the name of the game and after two minutes rest you should be recovered enough to go all out again.

i feel like i'm back in cross country, with the 5k and now the 800 repeats. but running's my thing..i can't complain

I felt like peeing my pants and throwing up by the end. Everytime I survive the 400m warm up run I feel like an unstoppable beast.

Okay, I did this today after being sick since last Wednesday. Was surprised how fast I ended up going. Time was (1) 3:58, (2) 3:55, (3) 4:02, (4) 4:00 = Total 21:55
