You pick the warm-up, you pick the movements, and do whatever workout strikes your fancy. The only requirement is that it must be a CrossFit benchmark WOD or a personal benchmark (meaning a workout you have done before). So whatever it is that you decide to do, attack it hard and set that PR! You never know when those "Chotskis" might be pulled out!!!

Last time (my first WOD ever at CF) I did box Pull up's and could barely do Push Up's. This time I used the med band Pull up's and knee Push up's

"FRAN" -- 5:29 (first time doing this WOD... absolutely exhausting)
Max Snatch -- 180 (PR by 15lbs)
I did "Cindy" as well, 11 rounds, PR by 2 rounds.

I did "Driving Annie" ....
2hrs up the 405 .... meeting ... 2.5hrs back down the 405 ... change, bust out the rope and abmat ... Annie
7:30 (no anchor) .... nowhere near the PR, but it was an accomplishment just to do this on my own.

DT - 13:28. I'm not sure how that time fairs. I've never done it before. One thing I do know is that I was an idiot on the first 3 rounds because on the 9th rep of the 155 hang power clean I would drop it accidentally when the next series of reps are push jerks. Like Sam said; great job everybody today on PRing.

Decided to do "Karen" which is 150 wall balls for time. PR'ed by 20 seconds with an 8:57.
