Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats
Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.

Made it 65lbs, holding on to the dumbbells during the squats proved to be the true test.

35-45-55-65-75(almost)
Got up to 75# on the last round and made it through the hang cleans ... and did 2 Push Presses before losing control of the dumbell on the way down ... and then barely hung on ... cleaned it back up and got 1 more press in, but just ran out of gas to control it on the way down. Soo close to hangin' with the big boys.

Yeah, that was a little harder than I anticipated. Was a nice reminder of how important dumbells are. Oh and how bad I need to work on form... Failed on last clean with 65 and was too worked to try it again.

50-60-70(failed 3 times)-65-70(couldnt pull off the 70# squats at the end)

50, 60, then last three rounds at 75. Couldn't hang with Aaron who did all 5 rds at 75! Beast!
