WOD
3 rounds for time:
60sec cumulative L-Sit Hold
30 45# Bar Good Mornings
60 AbMat Sit-ups(no anchor)
30 GHD Back Extensions w/25# plate
For good mornings bar will be resting on back/neck (same position as back squats).
For the Back Ext. plate will be held on chest.

21:13 Rx for the rope climb WOD on Friday. A mediocre performance at best. Those thrusters gassed me. How can 95 lbs. feel so heavy, I don't get it. But of course, proud to accomplish.
