6 mos. post-operative today, the doc's said I should be able to start walking w/o assistance any day now. F that. Although I am in considerable discomfort after yesterdays running WOD which I completed in 14:15, so I've still more to go. But I'm happy to say, at least I can run, that was my last obstacle to overcome. My deepest thanks to all of you again for your support thru this

Luke, are you saying you are going to scaling "walking" by running until you get better? I suspect you of being a cyborg or replicant.
