
Officer Randal David Simmons, 51, a 27-year veteran of the LAPD, was murdered in the line of duty on Thursday, February 7, 2008. Officer Simmons became the first LAPD SWAT officer to die in the line of duty. Officer Simmons left behind a wife and two children.

I was pretty happy with my time, until around 3:40ish when Brian said "time" and then Ryan shortly followed. I'm just glad is over quick. I'm still battered from Michael and Nutts.

ghd...i have tears coming down my face due to the slight coughing attack i just had.

Josh, I feel you pain. just a slight cough and you feel like your body is the most pain ever!
You try your hardest not to cough uh?

the eyes started to water cuz i was trying to hold in the initial cough...the actual tears came once i coughed...think i started to sweat as well. im just a mess.

OK,,, I am a wreck all over from this week. I am so addicted. I need rest but I'm afraid I will miss another great workout. Brian is rubbing off on me. We'll need a vacation just to take days off. Oh that's right, Brian will find a box for us to hit on the road. No rest for the weary.

6:27 very disappointed in my time and hope to do it again and get sub 5 minutes. I had little sense of urgency. I really liked this one though since its similar to Grace.

4:40 Rx'ed PR by 2 minutes since 12/18/2009.
I tried to do 15 reps every minute on the minute and I was able to hold that pace all the way through.

Didn't do "Randy" because of the bum shoulder. I did the 2K row that I missed... 8:48. \
I'm not a good rower, but I kept a pretty good pace for the first half until my legs starting giving out and I started questioning why I was doing my 9th WOD in a row.
Overall I did better than I thought I would and it's probably a good thing I won't be able to WOD for the next 2 days. My body needs the break.
