i am crying "Uncle," and taking tomorrow off. I dare say that tomorrow's DB Snatches will be easier because you won't be required to do the exercise with your heals touching, like we did at Regionals.

Wish I could have made this one today.  I have a minor cold which is making me very dizzy at times.  Anything with a med ball cannot be good.

I'm gonna jump on the WAY harder train with my 26:49, but walked away with a better understanding of the DB snatch (minus the squat of course).  Can't thank Coach enough for helping me achieve my first short-term goal with CF Ethos of getting my first true muscle-up!  Thanks Nick for the patience and tutelage!
