I am planning on the Weds. pool WOD. I think that in whatever WOD we are doing, in each round, we should have to swim the length of the pool underwater. Every time you surface incurs a 25 Burpee penalty. That should jack the heart -rate up.

I would like to be appointed the official Greeter of the Newbies. Eddie can vouch for my amazing skills which kept him coming back for more.

Firehouse WOD, 100 OHS for time with 95 lbs., 7:56. The guys at the firehouse said this workout is called Captain Manhattan, but I couldn't find that on BTWB. Oh well, it was a cool WOD that I definitely will attempt again. Hope all is well.

Haley, what exactly are you doing for Eddie that keeps them coming back for more?

Drew, how do you know until you've tried? The secret to underwater burpees is to pace yourself; don't rush.

Taunt him. Example: Chris Ramirez's first day "Are you really sweating that much during the warm up?" He told me one day he would kick my butt and has continued to come and kick my ass.

Good job on rxed weight Lizzy!
