PR'ed my first mile at 6:42, but I didn't have anything left for the second mile.  Thanks to Jim and Brian for pushing me harder than I thought I could go!

I managed the jog/walk 2.5 miles yesterday. My knee felt a little better, but it was discouraging when a guy pushing a stroller ran by me.

I did this at home and did sumo deadlift high pulls with a 30lb kettlebell (100x) for the row and KB swings with a 30 lb kb (100x) for the ski erg.  Did the first mile in 9:00 minutes but by the time I got to the second mile didn't have much left.  It took me 11 minutes.  Total time: 37:04
