Damn, those were some fast times yesterday. It is just as well I wasn't there. I am off on a 3-day trip to Amsterdam. I feel my body wasting away...

The last thing your body would do is waste away in Amsterdam ... your mind maybe, but body no.
I'll be at the Amsterdam airport Monday for a couple hours connecting through to Barcelona. Burpees in the terminal?

Great week. 4 PRs for me and everyone was putting up some serious numbers. I'm off to Spain Sunday for a couple weeks ... no CF boxes where I'm going, so we'll be doing the hotel/beach WODs.

21 rounds. Being injured really sucks! For all the new people coming through, be sure to listen to what the coaches have to say about proper form. I think some flaws in my form may have been partially responsible for my injury, along with poor flexibility.
