Here's a great pic from the Early Risers class (6am).  For those of you that have been to that session, you know that you roll in when it's pitch dark and roll out when the sun's shining through the front of the facility.  It's an amazing site.  So, shall I say, Graceful...

WOD

"Grace"

135 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or dowel as needed and post time and load to comments.

Looking forward to this ... I've only done grace once and it was 4 months ago @ 5:20.

One of my favorites! 4:00 in early February. I dont think I am much better with weight and I really pushed myself for that 4 minute. But 3:59 would be nice.

Drew funny of you to post that video because we actually just bought 5 of those and they are gonna be incorporated into your wod tomorrow!!!! Completely functional piece of equipment, we think its better than the thigh master!!!!

3:28rx. Dream was to get 3:59/ realistic goal was to get under 5 minutes. Very surprised how light the weight felt during the WOD and how I didnt have to catch my breath as much. I think I could take a few more seconds off.  Very excited, especially after a terrible Fran time.
