The next grass-fed cow is scheduled to be delivered on Thursday. There is still a quarter left to be claimed. Roger up if you're interested in the whole quarter or part of the 150 lbs.
WOD
"Nancy"
5 rounds for time of:
400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
Post time to comments.

I am down to buy some beef! Maybe $30-$50 worth...

My WOD:
Climb to the top of the eiffel tower for time.
I have no idea how long it took, maybe because of the wine I drank before, but that is a lot of stairs!
Hope everyone is doing well. Miss the box.

12:48, rx'd (PR)
"Nancy" Haiku
It's a love hate thing
Crush the squats but runs crush me
"Heavy Nancy" next

Nice job Phil that is a ridiculously fast time.

Thanks Ryan P. for your help with my order!!! :)

15:17 Rx (PR'd by 3min from 4months ago).
Running was slightly less miserable than the last time, OHS were all unbroken.
Phil - Happy Birthday brother! and really this WOD should be named Phylis just for you.
First time Fran- 7:52 Rx. Amazingly this was the first time I ever did thrusters during a WOD. Still on my learning curve. I will slash this time now that I know what to expect.
Nancy 16:31 Rx. Lost time to everyone on the first runs, but can maintain a solid pace and make it up on the latter runs. I just can't dynamically extend my legs to sprint. Slow and steady wins the race for now.
And I made it back to work by day 132 post-operative. Still much work to do however.
FYI, I can't pick up my beef til the afternoon tomorrow. Old bodybuilding mantra- "If you wanna be a bull, you gotta eat beef." ) Dig, dig, dig.
(Nick and Jimi- Letchford! Sorry, I have a friend named Litchfield and took a shot at it. The change has been made.)

Hmmmm all my favorite WOD's this week. I love Fran and Nancy is one of my favorites. I would give anything to do a clean. I will NEVER complain about a WOD or WALLBALLS ever again I promise. Injury will teach you many lessons if you allow it.
