"Mr. Joshua" is a Crossfit Hero WOD named after SO1 Joshua Thomas Harris, 36, who drowned during combat operations, August 30th 2008 in Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents Dr. Sam and Evelyn Harris, his brother Ranchor, and twin sister Kiki. Mr. Joshua first appeared on the CrossFit website 10 October 2008.

God speed and fair winds, Josh. Thank you for your service and sacrifice to keep the rest of us safe.

Broke up the GHD Sit ups to 15 x 2 and then the last 2 rounds 10 x 3

Deadlifts, each round 10 straight then individuals for the next 5.  worked out pretty well.

running always sucks!

Singles on the deadlifts for the first 4rnds ... then I just wanted to get it over with on the 5th round and pulled off 10 in a row then 5 in a row.  Nothing hurts now, but I just know Sunday morning I'm going to wake up in fetal position.
