Good to hear from you. Things are good here. Days are long, but I am managing to keep a "3 on, 1 off" schedule with respect to working out.
Work, as you know, is "day on, stay on." Camp Leatherneck is pretty damn big. There are a number of gyms, and a couple of CrossFit gyms. I haven't actually visited any of those gyms. I've been at the Sea Bee's gym, its close to my can, and has everything that I need (minus a rowing machine...that may be a blessing). Bumper plates, Olympic bars, rings, pullup bars, dumbbells, etc. are plentiful. The CrossFit network is growing, and when all of I MEF's equipment arrives, we are looking to establish a proper gym. When that happens, hopefully I will be able to enjoy it. My work schedule (1930-1000) doesn't allow me to meet with the group. I'll figure something out.

Hey everyone! I thought it would be fun to have a BBQ/pool party at my place on April 17th. I thought we could do this pot luck style and everyone bring a food or drink for the group. Let me know if you want to join and I'll give you details! =)

5 rounds, right arm went numb in the middle of the 4th round, must have pinched a nerve. Type right now is not easy, thumb, index and middle finger still tingily.
Still need to work on my muscle ups so i can do this WOD next time rx.

My muscle-up skills have gotten shitty since we haven't been doing any for a while. I'll be practicing those.
