I got my first tear today from this WOD. At CF Lakeland, this is considered a rite of passage. So not only am I walking around like a cripple (still sore from Wednesday's workout) but my hands don't work either. Probably the best souvenir I'll be taking back with me to Florida. Thanks Nick!!
